Age will be reckoned as on 1 June 2012. Maximum age limit is relax-able by 5 years for Scheduled Caste / Scheduled Tribe candidates and by 3 years for candidates belonging to Other Backward Classes.
Educational Qualification
- Officer MM G Scale – III: Degree in any discipline or its equivalent with 5 years experience as an Officer.
- Officer MM G Scale - II (General Banking): Degree in any discipline or its equivalent with 2 years experience as an Officer.
- Officer MM G Scale – II (Chartered Accountant): CA from ICAI with One year relevant experience
- Officer MM G Scale – II (Treasury Manager): CA from ICAI OR PG in Finance with One year relevant experience
- Officer JMG Scale-I: Degree in any discipline or its equivalent; proficiency in local language*
- Office Assistant – Multipurpose: Degree in any discipline or its equivalent; Proficiency in local language* is essential.
Pre-requisite qualification: Candidates who have been declared qualified in the RRBs-Common Written Examination conducted by IBPS in September 2012 and obtained the specified Total Weighted Standard Score as well as score in each test are eligible against the notification.
*Language Proficiency - Candidates should be proficient in the Official Language of the State / UT in which RRB is located and must have passed “local language” as one of the subject at Matriculation / Xth Standard.
Selection Procedure: Selection will be made on the basis of performance in RRBs- Common Written Examination (CWE) conducted by IBPS in September 2012 and Personal Interview.
Merit list of the candidates for final selection will be prepared based on Total Weighted Standard Scores (TWSS) obtained by the candidates in CWE of IBPS and Personal Interview.
Personal Interview: For the 30 marks Interview, Bank will call candidates three times the number of vacancies. The candidates will be short-listed for the Interview on the basis of their TWSS. The Interview will be held at Jodhpur. Complete address of the venue will be advised in the call letters and also be displayed in the Bank’s website one week before the dates for commencement of Interviews
All short-listed candidates will be issued call letters. Candidates will have to fix their photograph on the call letter and bring it along with original fee payment receipt and photocopies as well as the originals of all the documents / relevant certificates while attending the Interview without which they will not be allowed to take up the Interview.
Appointment of selected candidates is subject to their being declared medically fit as per the requirement of the Bank and to the Service & Conduct Rules of the Bank.
Note: Persons with Disabilities will have to work in Branches / Offices which have posts identified by the Bank as suitable for them.
Application Fees: Non-Refundable application fees have to be paid through CBS at any branch of Marudhara Gramin Bank or State Bank of Bikaner and Jaipur by means of a Payment challan - available in the Bank’s website till 9 October 2013

The CBS fee payment challan contains two parts. The first part will be retained by the Bank’s Branch where the fee is deposited and the second part -- the candidate’s copy – will be returned to the candidate after the necessary details (a) Branch Name & Code No, (b) Transaction Id / Scroll No (c) Date of Deposit & Amount are filled in by the bank official. Candidates should retain this part of the fee payment challan for future reference.
NOTE: Original fee payment receipt i.e CBS challan will have to be submitted with the Call Letter at the time of Interview. So, candidates are also advised to keep a photocopy of the fee payment challan with them.
Printout of the online submitted Application along with the fee payment receipt and copies of required documents will have to submitted if shortlisted for Interview.
