Manav Rachna International University's Faculty of Management Studies, Faridabad, has launched a master's of business administration programme in financial services. "The MBA with specialisation in financial management is to provide advanced educational opportunities for improving the practice of management in the private and the public sectors of the economy; to prepare managers to assume key positions of responsibility and perform in a wide variety of specific assignments within an organisation with an emphasis on financial management practices and issues; and to enhance professionalism in managerial practice," says Prashant Bhalla, Senior Vice President, Manav Rachna International University, Faridabad.

The last date of submission of completed forms is April 15, 2011. Classes will commence from July 25, 2011. On completion of the course graduates can start with anything between Rs 35,000 and Rs 40,000 per month. Depending on the experience and demand in the market graduates may also be offered packages around Rs 3.5 lakh per annum.
