Eligibility Criteria for MEGHALAYA PSC Accounts Officer and Other Jobs:
- Accounts Officer: Possess Master’s Degree in the respective discipline.
- Assistant Lecturer: Possess Master’s Degree in the appropriate discipline with B.Ed.
- Assistant Librarian: Possess Bachelor’s Degree with Master’s Degree (M. Lib) in Library & Information Sc.
- Technical Assistant: Possess Graduate Degree.
- District Librarian: Possess B. Lib or M. Lib Degree.
- Typist: Possess Matriculation (10th Standard/ SSLC) or equivalent with the typing speed @ 40 w.p.m. in English.
Experience Required: having 02 (two) years or more (as applicable) of relevant post- qualification experience in the concerned field for the respective posts.
Gen: Between 18 to 27 years as on last date of receipt of application.
Candidates employed in different Meghalaya Govt. Aided Educational Institution: Not exceeding 35 years.
OBC: Relaxation of 03 years.
SC/ ST Candidates: Relaxation of 05 years.
PWD/ Women Candidates & Others: As per norms.
Selection Procedure for MEGHALAYA PSC Accounts Officer and Other Jobs:
The short listed candidates will be selected on the basis of performance in the Written Test followed by the Skill Test/ Practical Test/ Physical efficiency Test (PET) (wherever applicable) and finally the Personal Interview, which will be conducted by the administration.
