Eligibility Criteria for Professor, Associate Professor and Assistant Professor (Smt. Vimladevi Ayurvedic) Job
Educational Qualification:
(i) Graduation with Bachelor degree in Ayurveda from a University or its equivalent as recognized under Indian Medicine Central Council Act, 1970; and (ii) A Post Graduate qualification in the subject/specialty concerned included in the schedule to the IMCC (Indian Medicine Central Council) Act, 1970. Professor: 10 years teaching experience in concerned subject or 05 years teaching experience as Associate Professor (AP Reader) in concerned subject or 10 years research experience in regular service in Research Councils of Central Government/State Government/Union territory/University or National Institutions with minimum five papers published in a recognized journal. Associate Professor: 05 (five) years teaching experience in concerned subject or 05 years research experience in regular service in Research Councils of Central Government/State Government/Union territory/University/National Institutions with minimum three papers published in a recognized journal. Assistant Professor (AP) or Lecturer: The age shall not exceed 45 years at the time of Ist appointment and it may be relaxed for in-service candidates as per the existing rules.
