Educational Qualification for Manager Post: MBA, MBA Agri-Business or two years PGDM course from any Institute / College / University approved by AICTE. Work experience in managerial cadre of a reputed business organization dealing with agricultural or / and Agro-based commodities for a minimum of 8 years after doing MBA / PGDM is essential. Preference may be given to candidates having work experience in national / State level Cooperative Organizations, Commercial organization dealing in marketing of agricultural, horticultural commodities.
Educational Qualification for Manager (HR / Admn) Post: MBA or two years PGDM course in Human Resource Development from any Institute / College / University approved by AICTE. Atleast 8 years experience in administrative, vigilance and establishment matter in any Govt. Deptt, Public Sector Undertaking large National level Cooperative Organization in a managerial post.
Age Limit: 35-45 years
Candidates will be selected on the basis of their performance in Interview.
