Job Description: NDDB is looking for a senior professional to head our Human Resource Development Group.

Key roles and Responsibility: ​Leading, designing, managing and implementing Human Resource Development initiatives of the organisation, its managed units and existing dairy cooperatives.

Required Work Experience: 20 - 30 year(s)

Qualification:  MBA (specialization in HR)/Post-graduate in HR and IR would be preferred. Minimum 20 years of relevant post-qualification experience in the Human Resources function of a reputed organization. Candidates having experience of working in public sector undertakings will have an added advantage. Preference would be given to candidates not more than 57 years old as on 1 July 2015.

Pay Band: 37400-67000
