National Insurance Company notified for Hindi Translator (Asst) recruitment

The National Insurance Company Ltd. (NIC) is an Indian Insurance company with head office in Kolkata. The company was started in 1906. Since then NIC has grown and now it has over 1000 offices across country with over 16000 employees. The NIC invited applications for post of Hindi Translator (Assistant) in its six regional offices.

Age limit: 18 years - 28 years (as reckoned on 31 December 2011)
 (for SC/ST candidates maximum age to apply is 33 years.)

Educational Qualification: Graduate in Hindi with English as one of the compulsory Elective subjects from a recognized University OR HSC with 60% marks and Hindi & English as compulsory subjects.
Selection Procedure: Eligible candidates will have to appear for a written test followed by Interview, for those
who clear the written exam. Final selection would be based on overall performance (written test + interview).
