Eligibility Criteria for Nursing Faculty & Other Posts
Educational Qualification & Experience:
- Senior Advisor (NHM) – Medical officer not below the rank of Director with experience of supervision & monitoring.
- GDM (HR/DAP) – MBA/Masters in Social Science / PGDM with specialization in HR and experience of at least 7-8 years in the field of health sector.
- Nursing Faculty (ANMTCs) – B.Sc. Nursing or GNM with Diploma in Nursing Education & Administration/Diploma in Public Health Nursing. 2 year of experience in teaching or clinical working. Technical knowledge and filed experience in Nursing/Midwifery education focusing of skilled birth attendant, IMNCI and Family Planning.
- IEC Consultant(IEC Bureau) – Masters in Mass Communication or Journalism with minimum 05 years of experience in Media or BCC. Desirable qualification MBA etc.
- General Manager (MIS) – Preferably on Deputation, salary as per actual with deputation allowance or retired officer.
- General Manager (Procurement) – MBA in Logistic Material Management & Procurement/Masters in Social Science with experience of at least 10-12 years in relevant field.
- General Manager (IEC) – MBA/Masters in Mass Communication or Journalism with experience of at least 10-12 years in Media or BCC.
- General Manager-(RKSK) – On Deputation, salary as per actual with deputation allowance or retired officer from Central/State/PSUs equivalent to Joint Director or above of relevant field and salary as per Govt. Rules (L-4/L-5).
Age Limit
Upper Age Limit (as on 08.01.2017):-
- Senior Advisor (NHM) – 65 years.
- GDM (HR/DAP) –50 years.
- Nursing Faculty (ANMTCs) – B. 40 years
- IEC Consultant(IEC Bureau) –45 years
