Call Centre Executive-Good Communication skills in Hindi and English. Phone skills, Listening, Data entry skills, attention to detail, professionalism, multi-tasking. Informs Student, Clients by explaining procedures, answering questions, providing information. Using online Web Application to search and resolve queries.
Database Administrator- B.E. / B. Tech (CS / IT) / MCA / M.Sc. (CS/IT) / B Level of NIELIT / DOEACC (01 year experience) OR Graduate with ‘A’ Level of NIELIT / DOEACC OR Graduate with PGDCA (02 year experience)
Programmer-B.E. / B.Tech (CS / IT) / MCA / M.Sc. (CS/IT) / “B” Level course of NIELIT (erstwhile DOEACC
Sr. Technical Assistant- B.Com / M.Com With Six month Diploma in Computers
Assistant Programmer- BCA OR B.Sc(CS/IT) OR Graduate in any discipline with a minimum of 6 months course in computers
District Manager- Graduate in any discipline with “CCC” level proficiency in computers from DOEACC / NIELIT or Graduate in any discipline with minimum 6 months Diploma in Computers. or BCA or B.SC(CS/IT) Should be resident of the same District.
Computer Operator: 10+2 in any discipline with minimum of 6 months course in computers OR 10+2 and DOEACC / NIELIT “O” Level
Project Engineer: B.E. / B.Tech (Electronics / ECE)
Data Entry Operator: The Data Entry Operators engaged for data entry should be minimum 10+2 pass and 6 months Diploma in Computers
