Pay Scale:

• Private Secretary- PB-2: Rs. 9300-Rs. 34800+Rs. 4600/- (GP)

• Stenographer Grade-I- PB-2: Rs. 9300-Rs. 34800+Rs. 4200/- (GP)

Eligibility Criteria: Officers under the Central Government/State Government/Union Territories:

• Private Secretary-

1. Holding analogous post on regular basis in the parent cadre or department; or
2. With five years regular service in the Stenographers Grade-I in the Pay Band-2 Rs. 9300-Rs. 34800 with grade pay of Rs. 4200/- or equivalent in the parent cadre or department

• Stenographer Grade-I-

1. Holding analogous post on regular basis in the parent cadre or department; or
2. With ten years regular service in the Pay Band-1 Rs. 5200-Rs. 20200 with grade pay of Rs. 2400/- or equivalent

Selection Procedure:

The selection of the candidates will be done on the basis of the interview/exam conducted by the organization.
