Age Limit

Educational Qualification for Recruitment against Sports Quota

The candidate must have completed 10th pass or ITI or equivalent from a recognized Board/Body.

Eligibility Criteria

Minimum Sports Achievement required: The applicant must have
a) Represented the Country in any of the following Championships/events: i) Commonwealth Championships (Junior/Senior Category), ii) Asian Championships/Asia Cup (Junior/Senior Category), iii) South Asian Federations (SAF) Games (Senior Category)
OR
b) Represented a State or equivalent Unit, in Senior/Junior National Championships.
OR
c) Obtained at least 3rd Position in Senior State Championship for all Units and District of the State or above
OR
Any higher achievement except mentioned above.

Application Fee

 Candidates should pay fee of Rs.40/- for General and OBC candidates in the form of IPO/DD drawn in any nationalized bank in favor of Workshop Sports Officer, Jagadhari Workshop, payable at Jagadhari Workshop. SC/ ST/ Muslims/ Christians/ Sikh/ Buddhists/ Zorastrians (Parsis) Candidates are exempted from fee.

 Selection Procedure for Recruitment against Sports Quota

Selection of candidates shall be made on the basis of field trial, assessment of sports achievement, educational qualification and interview.
