National Power Training Institute (NPTI), Faridabad, under the Ministry of Power, Government of India issued notification inviting applications for recruitment to Group ‘B’ post of Librarian on Direct Recruitment basis. Vacancy Details

I. Librarian: 1 post (Direct recruitment)

Pay Scale: Pay Band of Rs. 9300-34800 with GP of Rs. 4200 per month

Maximum Age limit: 30 years
[Upper age limit is relax-able by 5 years for SC / ST candidates and by 3 years for OBC category candidates]

Essential Qualifications: Degree or equivalent with Bachelor in Library Science.

Selection Procedure: Selection of candidates will be done on the basis of their performance in the Interview / test.

Travel Allowance: SC / ST candidates will be reimbursed single return sleep class rail fare by shortest route on production of ticket.

Application Fees: Non-refundable application fees of Rs. 250 (Rs. 100 for SC / ST category candidates) is t be paid through a crossed Demand Draft drawn in favour of ‘’National Power Training Institute’ payable at ‘Faridabad’.

How to Apply: Interested and eligible candidates should send their application in the prescribed format along with Fee DD in original and attested copies of relevant documents required to ‘’The Director (Fin & Admn.), National Power Training Institute, NPTI Complex, Sector 33, Faridabad’ so as to reach the concerned office on or before 31 March 2014.
