- General Manager (Personnel.) - MBA/PGDM in Personnel / HR / Industrial Relation from recognized institute approved by AICTE or Master’s / Post Graduation in Social Welfare / Labour Welfare / Industrial Relations / Personnel Management or equivalent from a recognized University / Institute approved by AICTE and 18 years of post qualification experience
- Sr. Manager (Personnel.) - PG Degree /Diploma in Journalism / Mass Communication from a recognized Institute approved by AICTE with 8 years of Post Qualification experience in Planning, Developing & implementing PR Strategies & Liaisoning with the Stake Holders including Community & Media OR MBA / PGDM in Personnel / HR / Industrial Relation from recognized Institute approved by AICTE or Master’s / Post Graduation in Social Welfare/ Labour Welfare / Industrial Relations / Personnel Management or equivalent with 8 Years post qualification experience
- Dy. Manager (Personnel) - MBA / PGDM in Personnel / HR / Industrial Relation from recognized Institute approved by AICTE or Master’s / Post Graduation in Social Welfare/ Labour Welfare / Industrial Relations / Personnel Management or equivalent with 8 Years post qualification experience
- Dy. General Manager (Finance) - Associate / Fellow Member of ICAI / ICWAI or MBA / PGDM with specialization in Finance from a recognized University / Institute approved by AICTE and 12 years post qualification experience
- Manager (Finance) - Associate / Fellow Member of ICAI / ICWAI or MBA / PGDM with specialization in Finance from a recognized University / Institute approved by AICTE and 4 years post qualification experience
