A: Often regarded as an Opening question in an interview, this question helps the employer to gauge about the interviewee. Questions like this help you answer your Unique Selling Proposition and help in personal branding. The best way to tackle this question is to have a short statement prepared in your mind and have it rehearsed a number of times. However, make sure that it does not sound rehearsed. Try limiting it to work/ study-related items with concrete examples unless instructed otherwise. Keep your answer for a minute or two at most.
