The increasing impersonation in government examination has made mandatory for government to take some strict action. Thus, a new initiative of linking Aadhaar number while enrolling for examination has become a compulsion.
As per the recent update from the Railway Recruitment Boards, candidates who will further enroll for any railway examination will be required to link their 12 digit Aadhar Number or 28 digit Aadhar Registration Receipt. Later, at the time of concerned examination, the finger-print will be taken through bio-metric attendance and will be cross checked with Aadhaar Server. This new initiative will definitely curb the fraudulent practices followed during examination while giving a complete identification of the individual.
As per the officials, this new resolution will curb the fake enrollment practices in railway examinations and would give high-end monitoring facility. This new measure will be followed across India except for the States of J&K, Meghalaya and Assam. In these three states the candidates will be required to enter valid passport number, voter-id card number, driving license number or any other valid government identity card number.
Below mentioned is the upcoming railway exam list. So, if you are applying in any of these, do not forget to link your Aadhar Number.
