Name of the Project: National Optic Fiber Network (NOFN) project
Job location: North East Area covering the six states of Meghalaya, Mizoram, Tripura, Arunachal Pradesh, Manipur and Nagaland.
Remuneration: Monthly remuneration of Rs.20000 + admissible/ compensatory allowances like HRA & TA
Qualification & Experience: 3 years Diploma in Electronics or Telecommunication/ Communication or Electrical or Electrical & Electronics or Electronics & Telecommunication/ Communication or Electronics & Instrumentation with minimum 3 years relevant work experience in the field OR BE/ B. Tech. in Electronics or Telecommunication/ Communication or Electrical or Electrical & Electronics or Electronics & Telecommunication/ Communications or Electronics & Instrumentation or IT or Computer Science or MCA with minimum one year relevant work experience in the field.
Selection Procedure: Selection of candidates will be done on the basis of their performance in written test, followed by interview of those qualifying the exam.
Fees: Non-refundable Examination / application processing fee of Rs.200 (Rs.100 for SC/ ST candidates) is to be paid through a crossed DD drawn in favour of ‘RailTel Corporation of India Limited’ payable at ‘New Delhi’.
How to Apply: Interested and eligible candidates should send their applications, in the prescribed format, along with Fee demand draft in original, self-attested photograph and self-attested photocopies of the required documents/ certificates/ testimonials by ordinary post to ‘Sr. Manager (P&A), RailTel Corporation of India, Building no. 143, Sector-44, Gurgaon-122003’ so as to reach the concerned authority on or before 13 October 2014 (1800 hours).
On the envelope carrying the application, candidates should super-scribe ‘Application for the post of Field Supervisor (on contract basis) (for North Eastern Area)’ and Vacancy Notice Number.
One envelope should contain only one application.
