Manager HR on Contractual Assignment:
Age Limit: 40 Years (Maximum)
Qualification: Candidates should be Master in Business Administration in Human Resource (2 years full time course) from recognized University with Minimum 60% marks. Candidates having degree in Law would be having added advantage. The candidate should have minimum 60% marks through out stating from Secondary Board. The
incumbent should have minimum 12 years of post qualification, industrial experience of working in relevant field with a reputed industrial organization. The candidate should be well conversant with the Human Resources practices and various acts applicable in a manufacturing organization. Candidates with experience in Central PSUs would be an added advantage.
Executive on Contractual Assignment:
Age Limit: 32 Years (Maximum)
Qualification: Candidate should be MBA full time in HR form recognized Institution/University with minimum 60% marks with minimum 02 years of post qualification experience of Training & Development, Personnel, Recruitment and general administration etc. The candidate having LLB shall be having added advantage.
