• Educational Qualification
• Manager - HR/IR(HR): Candidate must be UG - B.Sc - Any Specialization, B.Com - Commerce, LLB - Law) OR (PG- MBA/PGDM - Any Specialization, M.Sc - Any Specialization, LLM - Law, M.Com - Commerce, PG Diploma - Any Specialization) AND (Doctorate- Any Doctorate - Any Specialization, Doctorate Not Required). Post Graduate Degree with Specialization in HR or MSW / MLW preferred, Qualification of LLB will add Value.
• Assistant General Manager- HR & IR(HR): Candidate must be First Class Graduate.MBA with specialization in HR or Master of Labour Welfare preferred (can be relaxed in case of candidate having more than 15 years experience in HR in scheduled Bank)
• Jr. Executive (Trainee): Candidate must have First Class Graduate (Except Arts) PGDCA / DCA / JAIIB/ CAIIB / COPA (with 1 year apprenticeship)preferable OR M.Com/LLB/MBA/MCA
• Age Limit
• Manager - HR/IR(HR): Not more than 40 years
• Assistant General Manager- HR & IR(HR): Not more than 50 years
• Jr. Executive (Trainee): Not more than 30 years
