Saha Institute of Nuclear Physics invited applications for the recruitment to the post of Technician, Engineer, Scientific Officer/Assistant, and LDC in various grades. The candidates eligible for the post can apply through prescribed format on or before 23 May 2016.
Under Saha Institute of Nuclear Physics Recruitment 2016 out of total 08 posts, there is 01 post each for Technician (BM Civil) Grade B, Technician Condensed Matter Physics Grade-B, Engineer (Workshop) Grade D, Scientific Assistant (Biophysics & Structural Genomics), Scientific Officer (Civil), Scientific Officer (Library), Scientific Assistant (Civil), Scientific Assistant (Electrical), Engineer (Civil) and LDC
Eligibility for Technician- B: candidates should have completed SSC or equivalent with minimum 60% and ITI (1/2 Years) and should have 04/03/02 Years post qualification experience respectively. Or higher Secondary Examination pass with minimum 50% marks in Science and Mathematics and minimum 50% marks in Secondary examination.
Eligibility for Engineer: candidate should have first class B.E./B. Tech. with minimum 7 years’ post qualification experience or M. Tech. (after B.E.) with 5 years’ post qualification experience.
Eligibility for Technician -C: candidates should have completed SSC or equivalent with minimum 60% and with or without ITI (1/2 Years) and should have 09 (without ITI) and/08/07 Years (With ITI) post qualification experience respectively. Or higher Secondary Examination pass with minimum 50% marks in Science and Mathematics and minimum 50% marks in Secondary examination.
Eligibility for Scientific Assistant (Bio physics): candidate should have B. Sc. with minimum 60% marks or B.Sc. (Hons.) with minimum 55% marks.
Eligibility for Scientific Assistant (BM Civil: Candidates should have completed Diploma/Licentiate in Civil/Electrical Engineering (3 years after secondary) with 6 years’ of relevant experience after obtaining requisite qualification.
Eligibility for Scientific Officer-‘D’ (Library): candidate should have completed B.Sc and BLIS or Equivalent with minimum 50 and 60 % respectively along with 19 Years post qualification experience. Or B.Sc(Hons) and BLIS or Equivalent with minimum 50 and 60 % respectively along with 13 Years post qualification experience. Alternatively, B.Sc and MLIS or Equivalent with minimum 50 and 60 % respectively along with 13 Years post qualification experience.
Eligibility for Lower Division Clerk : candidate should be a Graduate or H.S. passed in English and Mathematics with atleast 3 years experience in routine office work and should have a typing speed of 35 w.p.m in English corresponding to typing speed of 10500 KDPH on an average of 5 key depressions for each word.
