- Art Master - Graduate with Drawing and Painting/Art/Fine Art with minimum 2 years full time diploma OR M.A. in Drawing and Painting/Fine Art OR Higher secondary/Intermediate/Senior Secondary examination with minimum 4 years full time diploma in Painting/fine arts from a recognized institute
- Ward Boy -10th passed
- General Employee -10th passed
Age Limit:
- Art Master - 21 to 35 Years
- Ward Boy -18 to 50 Years
- General Employee - 18 to 50 Years
