Sanskriti University organized Interactive Seminar on Personality Development

Mathura: Sanskriti University organized a highly impactful Seminar on Personality Development as a part of the induction program for the new students. Students from more than 16 states are currently pursuing their higher education at Sanskriti University.

Mr. Sachin Gupta, Chancellor of the University said that the need of the hour is to make the younger generation self-reliable and independent. He added that it becomes important to nurture and focus on personality development of the students as this helps them to tackle tough industrial challenges as also to take key business decisions in unpredictable environment.

Pro-Chancellor, Mr. Rajesh Gupta while addressing the students of Sanskriti University said that the modern students should lay strong emphasis on developing their personality at first and then focus on academic pursuits as this will help them compete on the global platform.

Mr. P.C. Chhabra, Executive Director also addressed the students and emphasized during his talk on the advantages of personality development that has a great impact on students’ life and career.

Vice Chancellor, Dr. Rana Singh too shared his views on this occasion and said that students should focus on personality development training in order to become competent and self-reliant to take up key industrial challenges flawlessly.

Ms. Kashvi Kahol elaborated about the importance of personality development and said that the students should focus on personality development to manage the challenges of national and global competition.

Students from Business, Engineering, Polytechnic, Agriculture and various other programs attended the seminar on personality development conducted by Ms. Kashvi Kahol, Senior Specialized Trainer from New Delhi, having global exposure in personality development training. She pointed out the importance about various aspects of personality and personality development. Importantly, the highly engaging training session was followed by recreational activities, which was highly appreciated by the participating students. Ms. KashviKahol also explained the importance and need of personality development and stated that students should focus on determining factors of personality development in order to manage the global challenges.
