Eligibility Criteria for Faculty Posts 2016

Educational Qualification:

• Professor: An eminent scholar with Ph.D qualifications in the concerned discipline and published work of high quality actively engaged in research with evidence of the published work with minimum 10 publications as books or papers.
• Associate Professor: Good Academic record with a Ph.D degree in concerned discipline. A master’s degree with at least 55% marks (or an equivalent grade in a point scale wherever grading system is followed) in concerned discipline.
• Assistant Professor: Good academic record with 55% marks or an equivalent grade of B in the 7 point scale with latter grades O, A, B, C, D, E & F at Master’s degree level in the relevant subject from an Indian University or an equivalent degree from an accredited foreign university.
