SSB Constable Recruitment 2019: The SSB 2019 recruitment notification for the post of Constable (General Duty) Male & Female has been released by the Sashastra Seema Bal (SSB) @ ssbrectt.gov.in. The SSB has this time announced the job notification for only Sports Quota. The SSB Constable General Duty 150 vacancies will be filled under the ‘Sports Quota’ from various sports such as Football, Basketball, Hockey, Boxing, Cycling, etc.
The SSB 2019 GD Constable Application process began on 13 July and will continue will 11 August 2019. This year, the SSB has invited applications from both male and female to fill in a total of 150 vacancies in Group-C. It is highly advisable that candidates should check the vacancies and eligibility criteria before applying for the SSB GD Constable 2019.

What are the Remote Areas?
Andaman & Nicobar Islands, Lakshadweep, Assam, Arunachal Pradesh, Meghalaya, Mizoram, Manipur, Nagaland, Sikkim, Tripura, Ladakh Division of Jammu and Kashmir State, Lahaul Spiti District and Pangi of Chamba District in Himachal Pradesh.

How to apply for SSB GD Constable 2019?
Interested and eligible candidates can apply for the SSB Constable 2019 post online @ ssbrectt.gov.in before 11 August 2019. For filling up the online application form, General and OBC category candidates need to pay application fee of Rs.100. There is no application fee for SC/ ST/ Ex- servicemen & Female candidates. Here is the step-wise procedure to apply for the SSB GD Constable 2019 recruitment:

Step 3: Enter all the details – Post, Candidate’s name, Father’s name, Mother’s name, DoB, Category, Aadhaar Number, Mobile Number, Educational Qualification and other details
Step 4: Upload Photo, Signature, Document
Step 5: Make payment

SSC GD Constable Selection Procedure
Candidates will be selected through the bio-metric examination, document verification, checking of sports achievement, field trial, physical test and other notified procedure. Candidates need to produce print of online application acknowledgement along with other original documents and certificates pertaining to age, education, sports, category, etc. Have a look at the complete selection process:

SSB GD Constable Salary or Pay Scale
- The SSB GD Constable will be offered the pay scale of Rs 21700-69100, as per 7th CPC.
- Candidates will be covered under the Defined Contribution Pension Scheme (New Pension System)
Sashastra Seema Bal was established in May 1963 as Special Service Bureau. The unit was formed after the Chinese aggression of 1962. The SSB works under the Union Ministry of Home Affairs.
