SSC has started accepting online application for CGL 2017 from 16thMay, 2017 and it will be continued until 16thJune, 2017. SSC CGL entry is subjected to fill several important vacancies available in various government departments and ministries, so that, administration work will continue to sustain. This year onwards, SSC has made several changes ranging from online registration to final merit preparation. Therefore, SSC CGL aspirants have to work hard to make in it successful. In this context, preparing randomly does not make sense. That is why, being familiar to the SSC CGL syllabus is very important because if you do study from here and there, then you will not be selected probably.

In this article, we are going to cover up the details of each topic for Tier-1 preparation. Tier-1 is very important phase in selection as its marks are going to contribute in your final merit list and only few candidates out of thousands will make in it. Qualifying in Tier-1 exam is very necessary to appear in Tier-2 as SSC has stated in its latest notification.

SSC CGL Tier-1 2017: Complete syllabus

There are four sections in SSC CGL tier-1 exam and all questions will be of 10th and 10+2 class level. Let us have a glimpse of it.

English comprehension:
This time, SSC has not handed over any particular topics to prepare for this section. This test is subjected to understand correct English and his basic writing & comprehension ability.
