Staff Selection Commission (SSC) carried out Combined Higher Secondary Level Exam Question 2012 for filling the posts of Data Entry Operator and Lower Division Clerks with the eligible candidates. The common written examination for the same was held on 21 October, 28 October, and 4 November 2012. The minimum educational qualification required for the examination was intermediate or 12th standard.
The examination paper had 200 questions which were divided into four parts including English Language (Basic Knowledge), Quantitative Aptitude (Basic Arithmetic Skill), General Intelligence, and General Awareness, with 50 Questions in each subject. 0.25 marks were reduced, for every wrong question.
