Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification

• General Manager (Personnel): MBA or PGDM with specialization in HR/Personnel Management or its equivalent or Master in Social Work.
• General Manager (Finance): Chartered Accountant or Cost Accountant or MBA with specialization in Finance.
• Chief Manager (Corporate Communication and Public relations): Master Degree in Mass Communication or Post Graduate Degree/ Diploma in Advertising and Communication Management/Public Relations/Mass Communication/Journalism etc.
• Chief Manager (Official Language): Master Degree in Hindi with English as a subject.
• Assistant Company Secretary: Graduate and Associate Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India.
• Assistant Manager (Systems): B.E. or B. Tech or MCA or MSc in Computer Science/IT/Systems.
• Assistant Manager (Economist): Master Degree in Economics or Business Economics or equivalent CGPA.
• Assistant Manager (Statistician): Master Degree in Statistics or Applied Statistics or Econometrics or equivalent CGPA.
• Assistant Manager (Programmer): B.E. or B. Tech or MCA or MSc in Computer Science/IT/Systems or equivalent CGPA.

Age Limit

• Not Exceed 50 years for post no. 1 & 2.
• Not Exceed 40 years for post no. 3 & 4.
• Not Exceed 35 years for post no. 5 & 7.
• Not Exceed 30 years for post no. 6, 8 & 9.

Selection Process

All selection of the candidates will be made through the conduct of a personal interview.
