Education Qualification
• Staff Nurse: BSc ( Nursing)/Diploma in General Nursing and Midwifery with nursing council registration Pharmacist: Degree in pharmacy from a recognized institute.
• Data Manager: Graduate ( preferably with Commerce background)with Diploma in Computer applications (from arecognized institute or university) or ‘O’ level coursefrom DOEACC.
• Care Co-ordinator: PLHIV with a minimum of intermediate (12th) level education. Working knowledge of English and Tamil.
• Counsellor: Masters degree in Social Work, Qualified and competent PLHIV
• Lab Technician: Graduate/Diploma holder in Medical Laboratory Technology (MLT) from a recognised institute
• Counsellor (ICTC/STI): Post Graduate Degree either in Psychology (M.A./M.Sc.) or Social Work
• Social Workers( Legal Aid Clinic): Master of Social Science. Preference will be given for People Living with HIV/AIDS
• Lab Technician (ICTC/STI): Graduate in Medical Laboratory Technology, Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology with a course of atleast 2 years duration.
• Lab Technician (Blood Bank): Degree in Medical Laboratory Technology (MLT)with six months experience in the testing of blood and on its components Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology with one Year's experience in the testing of blood.
• Program Assistant (DAPCU): Graduate with Computer knowledge
• Account Assistant (DAPCU): Graduate with Computer knowledge. Writing and Reading skill in English and Tamil is compulsory.
• Monitoring & Evaluation Assistant (DAPCU): Graduate with Computer knowledge. Writing and Reading skill in English and Tamil is compulsory.
• Deputy Director (IEC): PG Degree in Mass Communication PG Diploma in Mass Communication with PG Degree in Social Science or Humanities or MBA with Min. 5 yrs. experience in the field of development
• Deputy Director (ICTC): MBBS with MPH or MBA or MHA minimum 5 years experience.
• Asst. Director (ICTC): PG Degree in Psychology/Social Work/Sociology/ Clinical Psychology or M.Sc in Microbiology/Medical Microbiology with 3 years experience in relevant field.
• Assistant Director (TI): PG Degree in Social Science with 5 years of experience
• State HIV/TB Consultant: MBBS, preferably with qualification and experience in Public Health.
