Eligibility Criteria for Manager (Marketing) Job

Educational Qualification: Must possess any Degree and MBA with specialization in Marketing/Sales Promotion from a recognized University/Institution. (or) any degree and 2 year Post Graduate Diploma with specialization in Marketing/Sales Promotion from a recognized University/Institution.

Eligibility Criteria for Manager (Accounts) Job

Educational Qualification: Must possess any Degree and CA Inter / ICWA Inter

Eligibility Criteria for Deputy Manager (Dairying) Job

Educational Qualification: Must possess Degree and IDD/ NDD or Post Graduate Degree in Dairy Science/ Dairying or B.Tech in Food Technology/ Dairy Technology/ Food Processing from any approved institutions

Eligibility Criteria for Junior Executive (Office) Job

Educational Qualification: Must be a Graduate in any discipline and must possess a Diploma in Cooperative Management. Exemption for B.A (Co.op) / B.Com (Co.op) from possessing cooperative training.

Eligibility Criteria for Technician (Electrical) Job

Educational Qualification: SSLC/X Std Pass and must possess ITI (Electrical) with National Trade Certificate in Lineman/Wireman (‘B’ License).

Eligibility Criteria for Technician (Operation) Job

Educational Qualification: Pass in SSLC with ITI certificate in the trade of Refrigeration & Air conditioning/Fitter/Dairy Mechanic/Electrician/Wireman and not less than 3 years of experience in the operation and maintenance of machinery in Refrigeration section/Instant machinery in Refrigeration section/Instant coolers/Homogenizer/Prepack machine operation preferably in Dairy / Food Processing Industry.

Age Limit for all Posts: 18 – 30 years

Selection Procedure for Manager, Deputy Manager, Junior Executive and Technician Posts

Selection will be made based on the marks obtained by the candidate in the written test, academic qualification and oral test.
