Educational Qualification

• For Executive Trainee (Chemical), Executive Trainee (Mechanical), Executive Trainee (Electrical), Executive Trainee (Instrumentation), Executive Trainee (Civil): 1st class Degree in Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation and Civil Engineering
• Executive Trainee (Personnel): MSW with Personnel Management or Post Graduate Degree in Personnel Management (Regular full time course only)
• Executive Trainee (Accounts): Should be qualified Chartered Accountants or Cost Accountants. Candidates having exposure to computerized accounting system will be given preference

Age Limit (as 1 January 2012): Maximum 28 years

Training Period

• For Executive Trainee (Chemical), Executive Trainee (Mechanical), Executive Trainee (Electrical), Executive Trainee (Instrumentation), Executive Trainee (Civil) and Executive Trainee (Personnel): 2 years
• For Executive Trainee (Accounts): 1 year

Stipend

• For Executive Trainee (Chemical), Executive Trainee (Mechanical), Executive Trainee (Electrical), Executive Trainee (Instrumentation), Executive Trainee (Civil) and Executive Trainee (Personnel): Rs 12000 per month in the first year and Rs 14000 per month in the second year
• For Executive Trainee (Accounts): Rs 12000 per month
