Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification:

• Candidates should have either M.Sc. in Physics with minimum 60% marks. Prior research experience will be considered a plus. OR
• B.E./B.Tech. in electronics/electrical engineering/materials and metallurgical engineering/ engineering physics with minimum 60% marks. Prior research experience will be considered a plus.

Desirable Qualification:

• Ability to think independently and work hard on challenging problems. Prior research experience in physics, materials science, electrical engineering is desirable.

Age:   Below 28 years

Fellowship:- Rs 25,000/-  + HRA
