Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification for General Manager (Finance) Post:  Chartered Accountant / Cost Accountant. Should have minimum 29 years of post qualification experience in reputed industrial organization as on 01/10/2016 . Should have worked as head of finance function in a reputed public company for a minimum period of 3 years. Should have exposure in Project Finance, Funds Mobilization, Funds Management, Forex Management, Cost Control and Performance Monitoring.

Educational Qualification for General Manager (Civil) Post: First Class full time B.E. / B. Tech. in Civil Engineering. Should have minimum 29 years of post qualification experience as on 01/10/2016 in an industrial establishment or Public Sector Corporation or in a reputed Civil Construction Company and involved in the construction/ maintenance of Industrial, Commercial, residential complexes, infrastructure development works ,Project Planning, Estimation, Tendering, Execution and Project monitoring of Concrete, Structural and/or Pre-Engineered / Pre cast buildings.

Educational Qualification for General Manager (Marketing) Post: First class full time Engineering Degree with First class MBA(Marketing) / First Class PG Diploma in Marketing Management or First Class Full time Degree in Arts / Science / Commerce with First Class MBA (Marketing) / First Class PG Diploma in Marketing Management or First class Full time MBA (Marketing)

Educational Qualification for Assistant General Manager (Legal) Post: 3 / 5 years Full time B.L Degree from a recognized University. Should have minimum 23 years of post qualification experience, as on 01/10/2016 in handling legal matters in large industrial organization of repute. The incumbent should have good drafting skills and fully conversant with Court practices and proceedings. The incumbent will be required to deal with cases in Civil / Criminal / Labour Court, appear before various statutory authorities, monitor legal cases pending in various courts, liaise with company’s legal counsel, draft legal documents, vet commercial contracts and agreements. Should have fluency in Tamil and knowledge of legal systems and procedures.

Educational Qualification for Officer (Legal) Post: 3 / 5 years Full time B.L Degree from a recognized University. Should have minimum 8 years of post qualification experience, as on 01/10/2016 in handling legal matters in large industrial organization of repute. The incumbent should have good drafting skills and fully conversant with Court practices and proceedings. The incumbent will be required to deal with cases in Civil / Criminal / Labour Court, appear before various statutory authorities, monitor legal cases pending in various courts, liaise with company’s legal counsel, draft legal documents, vet commercial contracts and agreements. Should have fluency in Tamil and knowledge of legal systems and procedures.

Age Limit for General Manager: Minimum 49 years

Age Limit for Assistant General Manager: Minimum 43 years

Age Limit for Officer (Legal): Minimum 28 years
