University Grant Commission (UGC) notified the date for National Eligibility Test (NET) for Junior Research Fellowship and Eligibility for Lectureship. As notified, the NET is scheduled to be held on 24 June 2012 (Sunday). The examination will be held for the streams like Humanities, Social Sciences (including Languages), Computer Science & Applications and Electronic Science etc.
The aspiring candidates may visit the official UGC website http://www.ugc.ac.in/ or http://ugcnetonline.in/index.php for detailed Notification on the same.
The candidates are required to apply online only and send the printout of the duly filled Application Form to UGC-NET Centres. The last date for applying online for NET is 30 April 2012 and the last date of receiving the print out of Online Application is 7 May 2012.
