University of Petroleum and Energy Studies (UPES) has recognition from UGC and is accredited to the Energy Institute, UK. UPES has announced admissions to MBA (two year full time programme) through a competitive examination- UPES MET for which the applications are invited.

Eligibility Criteria:
Candidates who wish to apply in any of the above listed management programmes must have secured at least 50% marks at Higher & Senior Secondary level (10th & 12th). Besides this, the other specific qualifications required for different courses are mentioned against each programme in the following table:

Moreover, candidates appearing in final year qualifying examination are also eligible to apply provided they submit documents supporting their eligibility latest by 30 September 2013.

How to Apply
- Candidates can obtain the Prospectus & Application form by sending request letter for acquiring brochure along with Demand draft drawn in favor of “UPES Fee Account” payable at Dehradun/ New Delhi or by cash payment.
- Aspirants can also purchase the Prospectus & fill the application form online on the official website of the University (www.upes.ac.in). UPES will dispatch the brochure after receiving completely filled form and payment of fees online.
- Candidates who have registered with UPES and downloaded UPES Digital Brochure for Admissions 2013 are eligible to avail 10% discount on UPES Application form, if they apply online and do the Application Payment by selecting Online Payment Option.
Admit Card
Provisional Admit cards of the applicants who fulfill the eligibility conditions will be uploaded on the UPES website. Candidates will have to download the admit card accordingly. Admit card with photograph affixed (duly attested) in the space provided will be required to produce at the allocated test centre.
