PCS Topper's Success Path
UPPCS 2010 Topper Arvind Kumar Singh told Jagranjosh that Prelim is the most difficult part of the exam to overcome but after the prelims the way is smooth. He had Physics as the optional subject in the UPPCS Preliminary due to his engineering background.
Looking very elegant and down to Earth he advice the candidates to read the Economic Survey and the Indian Budget for the economy section. He read the M.Laxmikant for the Indian Polity. He suggested readings for the candidates.
He welcomes the changes brought in the Preliminary Test Pattern of Uttar Pradesh Public Service Commission Preliminary Exam (UPPCS Pre) and says that it will increase the objectivity in the exams.
