UPPSC Full Form: UPPSC full form is Uttar Pradesh Public Service Commission. It is the examination conducting body in Uttar Pradesh. The U.P. Public Service Commission was constituted on April 1, 1937, under Section 264 of the Government of India Act, 1935, with its headquarters at Allahabad. It is the examination-conducting body that is responsible for conducting examinations for a wide range of positions, from entry-level to senior administrative roles in Uttar Pradesh.

What is UPPSC?
UPPSC is the civil services examination conducting body in Uttar Pradesh. It is the government organisation that conducts the examination to recruit eligible candidates for state services in Uttar Pradesh. RPSS was established on April 1, 1937. In October 2022, the Commission has started the simple and easy facility of One Time Registration (OTR) by adopting state-of-the-art technology for the benefit of the candidates, through which the candidates got relief from problems like applying again and again and the Commission gets help in completing important tasks like releasing its results in a timely and quality manner.

UPPSC Eligibility Criteria
The minimum educational qualification required for the UPPSC examination is a graduation degree from any recognised university. Other than the required educational qualification, the candidate should be a minimum of 21 years old; the maximum age for unreserved category candidates is 40 years. UPPSC Prelims Exam Pattern
UPPSC will conduct the examination in pen and paper mode. The candidates must check the latest syllabus and exam pattern. The prelims exam is divided into parts GS Paper I and CSAT (Paper II), with 200 marks each. GS Paper II is a qualifying paper with minimum marks fixed at 33%. UPPSC Mains Exam Pattern
The candidates who will qualify for the prelims examination will be called for the mains examination. The mains examination will be conducted in multiple days using the conventional method. UPPSC has changed the exam pattern of mains examiantion, now the optional papers are removed and replaced with two additional GS papers, i.e., Papers V and VI in the main exam.
