UP NEET Counselling 2018 Provisional Merit List has been released by the Directorate of Medical Education and Training (DMET), Uttar Pradesh.
Candidates who had applied for counselling to get admission in various government and private medical/dental colleges and universities in MBBS/BDS courses, can check their rank by logging on the official website -www.updgme.in
UP NEET Counselling 2018: Steps to download the merit List
1. Visit the official website www.updgme.in
2. Click on the activated link ‘Counselling & Allotment’
3. Under Counselling & Allotment tab, click on ‘STATE MERIT LIST UP -NEET UG-2018’
4. A PDF file will open displaying the state rank, roll number, name, marks, percentile and NEET rank of the candidates.
5. Download the PDF and save it for future reference.
The seats will be allotted to the candidates as per the ranks obtained by them and cut-off set for the state counselling.

What after scoring rank in UP NEET merit list?
Next step for the candidates, who have made it to the UP NEET merit list 2018, is to appear for document verification. The process for document verification will continue till 30th June.
For candidates seeking seats under state quota:
- Candidate must be domicile of the state of Uttar Pradesh
- Those who have passed their 10th and 12th from UP board need not furnish domicile certificate.
- Those who have passed any one exam from UP board need to furnish ‘General Domicile Certificate’
- Those who have passed both the exams from outside UP need to furnish 'Original Domicile Certificate'
The Choice filling and locking window will open on 2nd July till 4th July 2018.
The Directorate of Medical Education and Training, Uttar Pradesh will release the first seat allotment list on 5th July 2018.

The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) NEET 2018 examination was conducted on 6 May for the board announced the result 4 June, 2018. NEET is conducted for admission to MBBS/BDS courses in India in medical/dental colleges run with the approval of the Medical Council of India/Dental Council of India.
