Educational Qualification

• Executive Director (Operation Service): Graduate in Engineering (Electrical/ Mechanical/ Instrumentation/ Instrumentation &Control Engg.) from any recognized University
• Executive Director (Fuel Management): Graduate in Engineering (Electrical/ Mechanical/ Mining) from any recognized University
• Executive Director (Projects & Planning): Graduate in Engineering (Civil/ Electrical/ Mechanical/ Instrumentation) from any recognized university
• Executive Director (F&A&RA): Graduate in any discipline with AICWA/ACA
• Deputy General Manager (HR&A): Graduate in any discipline with MBA (HR) or PG Diploma / Degree ( 2 yrs. full time course) in Personnel Management & IR or MSW or DSW or MHRM from any recognized University
• Deputy General Manager (F&A): Graduate in any discipline with AICWA/ACA
• Deputy General Manager (IT): BE / B. Tech in Computer Science or Information Technology from any recognized university
• Deputy General Manager (Legal): 5 years integrated degree in Law / Graduate with LLB from any recognized university
• Deputy General Manager (Chemical): Post Graduate in Chemistry preferably with specialization in inorganic / physical or analytical chemistry from any Government recognized college / institute / university
• Deputy Company Secretary: ACS / FCS from The Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI). Preference shall be given to candidate with additional qualification of ACA / AICWA

Age Limit

• Executive Director: Between 52 – 58 years
• Deputy General Manager: Between 45 – 52 years
• Deputy Company Secretary: Between 40 - 45 years
