A: Candidates belonging to and applying for a post under the Reserved OBC Category are required to submit a certificate regarding his/her “Community” in the prescribed format. The certificate should clearly contain the “NON-CREAMY LAYER CLAUSE” based on the income for the Financial Year ending 31 March 2010 or later. The certificates should have been issued on or after 1 April 2010. Candidates not producing the above certificate will not be considered under the OBC category. OBC certificate should not be more than one year old as on the date of application.
