Eligibility Criteria for Posts under Wildlife Institute of India
Educational Qualification:
Project Biologist : Master’s degree in Wildlife Biology / Zoology/ Forestry/ Environmental Science/ Life Sciences with 60% aggregate marks on above from a recognized university.
Desirable : Two years field experience on entomological aspect (collection, preservation and identification) and physicall abilities and a keen desire to carryout field work with minimum logistics support in the remote areas of Uttarakhand.
Project Assistants : Master’s degree in Wildlife Biology / Zoology/ Forestry/ Environmental Science/ Life Sciences from a recognized university.
Desirable : Candidate with knowledge of avifauna and reptiles and physical abilities and desire to carryout field work with minimum logistics support in the remote areas of Uttarakhand.

Project Biologist : Less than 30 years
Project Assistants : Less than 28 years
