Xavier Institute of Management (XIMB) and Xavier University Bhubaneshwar (XUB) have achieved 100% placement for the batch which just passed out. The placements at XIMS for the academic session 2013-15 were concluded for three courses MBA, MBA-HRM and MBA-RM. Students who just passed out from XIMB grabbed attractive packages both in National and International companies.
Salary Offers at XIMB Placements 2015: The highest domestic salary package at XIMB placement for MBA and MBA-HRM was Rs.20.5 lakhs while it was Rs.12.44 lakhs for MBA-RM. Highest international package offered was US Dollar 34733.
Apart from the 229 students in the main MBA program, there were 56 students from MAB in Human Resource Management and another 56 from MBA in Rurak Management program. All the students achieved excellent placements.
The average salary at XIMB saw a rise in median salary to Rs.12.65 lakhs per annum for the main MBA program. Average package for MBA in Human resource management was Rs. Rs.11.39 lakhs and for MBA in rural Management it was Rs. 6.74 lakhs which is higher as well.
Number of PPOs (Pre Placement Offers) also saw an increase from last year. The placements at XIMB saw recruiters from all the fields including Banking, Finance, Consulting , IT etc.
