Tata Value homes on 13 October 2014 launched www.tatavaluehomes.com to sell homes online.
With the e commerce platform, Tata is eyeing up to 1000 crore rupees revenue by financial year 2015-16. Tata Value Homes is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Tata Housing.
Under its One Price One Nation offer, the customers will be able to buy a particular unit at a flat price across Ahmedabad, Bengaluru, Mumbai, Pune and Chennai.

Under the online home buying model, the consumers can book their apartments on www.tatavaluehomes.com by paying 30000 rupees.
Tata Value Homes will come up with an offer from 15 October 2014 under which customers will be able to buy a unit at a flat price across Ahmedabad, Bengaluru, Mumbai, Pune and Chennai.
The company has developed properties in cities like Ahmedabad, Bangalore, Mumbai, Pune and Chennai ranged between 29.9 lakh rupees and 59.9 lakh rupees depending on the size of the apartments that range between 1 BHK and 3 BHK.
Tata Value Homes has so far sold over one million square feet of residential space, translated into over 700 units generating over 300 crore rupees worth revenue.
Earlier, the company had tied-up with Snapdeal and Google for selling its properties.
