These single-use plastic items are bottles, plastic bags, straws, spoons, and cups. The move will help the Union Government in eliminating the use of single-use plastic completely by 2022
The Supreme Court recently directed the Union Government to reply to all the Jammu & Kashmir petitions by 28 days. The direction came while the apex court was hearing petitions against the withdrawal of Article 370 from J&K. The Supreme Court will hold the next hearing on November 14, 2019.
