CM Nitish Kumar inaugurated the Sabhyata Dwar at Ashok Convention Centre at Patna, Bihar. The Sabhyata Dwar, erected by the state building construction department, has two Mauryan-style arches flanked by two small arches.
2. (b) Russia
As part of service life extension programme BrahMos, supersonic cruise missile was successfully test fired at Integrated Test Range (ITR) in Balasore, Odisha. BrahMos is a joint venture between DRDO of India and Russia.
3. (c) INSV Tarini
Indian Naval Sailing Vessel Tarini (INSV Tarini) is the first-ever Indian circumnavigation of the globe by an all-women crew. It was the six-member all-woman team. The name of expedition for circumnavigation of the globe on INSV Tarini is ‘Navika Sagar Parikrama’.

Rajasthan Government has launched new software called Nidaan for disease monitoring and strengthening tele-medicine services in the government hospitals. Star South African batsman AB de Villiers announced his decision to retire from international cricket with immediate effect on May 23, 2018, stating that he had "run out of gas." In a first, the Indian Railways would use artificial intelligence to control air circulation, to issue emergency alerts and also for supervision and maintenance work in a 10.28-km-long tunnel in Imphal. It will also alert the passenger in case of fire and help in quick evacuation in case of an issue.

Lionel Messi, Argentine professional footballer who plays as a forward for Spanish club Barcelona, was the winner of the 2018 European Golden Shoe.
