AIBE XVIII (18) Exam Pattern 2023

The Bar Council of India has released the AIBE 18 exam pattern 2023 on its website along with the notification. The AIBE 18 exam 2023 shall be held in offline mode. You must note that no changes have been made in the AIBE 18 exam pattern 2023 yet. Hence, the paper pattern remains the same as the previous year. You should also take note that the AIBE exam shall not be an open-book exam. AIBE XVIII Exam Pattern 2023

The AIBE XVIII exam shall be an offline exam. Candidates appearing for the exam will have to attempt a total of 100 questions in 3 hour 30 minutes. All the questions shall be multiple-choice questions. The detailed exam pattern of AIBE 18 has been given below:

Is AIBE 18 exam 2023 open-book?

No, AIBE 18 exam will not be an open-book exam. The candidates will only be allowed to carry Bare Acts without short notes inside the exam hall. This means that they AIBE exam aspirants will only have to carry books, notepads, textual material with them.

    Candidates who have a three- or five-year LLB degree from a recognised institute or university and are enrolled as advocates with their respective State Bar Councils, under Section 24 (1) (f) of the Advocates Act, 1961 can apply for the AIBE 19 exam. There is no upper age limit to appear for the AIBE exam.
