 Amrit Udyan, which was earlier addressed as Mughal Gardens, is one of the landmarks located within the compound premises of Rashtrapati Bhavan in New Delhi. The beautiful garden was opened for public visitation on February 2, 2025, and will continue to be open until March 30, 2025. This event occurs during the spring season when flowers flourish in full colour, and the exquisite greens of the gardens are very tempting for nature lovers and tourists.

Overview of Amrit Udyan

Situated on about 15 acres of area, Amrit Udyan has been segmented into several areas: East Lawn, Central Lawn, Long Garden, and Circular Garden. On view are the rich flora, which include Coleus, Celosia, and Tuberose in full bloom. It is also replete with special attractions, including Bal Vatika, the children's area, which tells a story about a 225-year-old Sheesham tree, and an educational treehouse. There are also Bonsai exhibitions and a musical fountain that complete the visitor experience.
