Vivek Joshi Biography, Education Qualification of Haryana Election Commissioner

Vivek Joshi, who was born on May 21, 1966, is a renowed Indian Administrative Service (IAS) officer belonging to the 1989 batch of the Haryana cadre. Education Qualifications

Joshi's educational qualifications are outstanding. He achieved a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from India's high profile Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Roorkee. This was later followed by a Postgraduate Diploma in International Business at India's Indian Institute of Foreign Trade (IIFT), New Delhi.
