Google Package 2019: Abdullah Khan, an engineering student from Mumbai, has been offered a job worth Rs. 1.2. crore from Google. Interestingly, he is not from IIT. Google is known for offering a high package to the deserving and talented students. Usually, the first thought that comes to our mind when we hear about the high packages is that the student will be an IItian. However, in the case of Abdullah Khan, it is not so. He is not from IIT background. He is pursuing his engineering from LR Tiwari Engineering College, Mira Road, Mumbai.
It is almost a dream come true when Google offers job to someone. Goole is one of the renowned employers in the world. Every engineering graduate thinks of getting a job in Google. For most of the aspiring engineering graduates, their chances of making it to the Google job vanishes when they fail to enter IITs. But, talent gets what is due for it. The same has happened in the case of the Mumbai student. Abdullah is just 21 and he will soon be joining the Google office in London in September 2019.
Khan is fond of coding. He has done his schooling from Saudi Arabia. After completing his schooling, he moved to Mumbai and appeared for IIT but could not make it. He then took admission in the LR Tiwari Engineering College, Mira Road, Mumbai. He has not applied for a job in Google. One day he received an e-mail in which it is mentioned that his profile was seen on one of the websites and Google wamts to interview him for the process across Europe. He talked to one of his friends about the mail and then he proceeded.
Abdullah Khan participated in some competitive programming challenges hosted by a website and his profile was there. Google picked him from there and called for the interview. He has gone through the process and finally bagged a handsome amount of 1.2 crore job for himself.
