ICAI CA December Exam 2021 Instructions Released: The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) has released the CA December Exam 2021 Exam-day Instructions for the CA Foundation, CA Intermediate and CA Final candidates. The guidelines released are important for all the aspirants who are going to appear for the CA December 2021 exam which is scheduled to be held from 6th to 20th December 2021. Following this, ICAI CA Admit Cards are likely to be released soon online via the official website i.e. icai.org. ICAI CA Exam 2021: List of Items Allowed at Exam Centre
As part of the instructions or guide, the ICAI has released a detailed list of items that are allowed for the candidates to carry to their respective exam centre on the day of their examination. Candidates should note that given the seriousness of the pandemic; these are the only items which will be allowed inside an exam centre. Therefore, candidates are required to go through them and arrange the same at the earliest:
- Face Mask: Candidates are allowed to carry face masks, which are mandatory for all at the exam centre. In addition to this, candidates will also be allowed to carry face shields to protect themselves from contracting the virus
- Gloves: Similar to face shields, candidates will also be allowed to wear gloves at the exam centre; however, they will be optional and not mandatory.
- Transparent Water Bottle: Candidates will also be allowed to carry a transparent water bottle inside the exam hall
- Hand Sanitizer: To meet the requirement of hand hygiene, candidates will be allowed to carry Personal 50/100 ML bottle of hand sanitizer.
- Exam Documents: Candidates will also have to carry exam related documents including ICAI issued admit card, photo ID card
- Exam Items: Candidates will also be permitted to carry calculators, stationery items inside the exam hall as allowed.

CA December Exam 2021 - Exam-Day Instructions
With pandemic situation still serious in some parts of the country, the ICAI plans to hold the CA December Exam 2021 in complete compliance with the COVID-19 guidelines and precautionary protocols. In line with this, all candidates appearing for CA Final, CA Foundation and CA Intermediate Exams are expected to follow the following instructions:
- Admit Cards: Candidates will be required to showcase their CA Admit Card 2021 at the exam centre entrance and in the exam hall as and when required.
- Reporting Time: Candidates should also make sure that they reach the exam centre on time as per the reporting time specified on their hall tickets. Any candidate reaching the exam centre post reporting time will not be allowed to appear for the exam.
- COVID-19 Symptoms: All candidates are advised to self-diagnose and ensure that they do not exhibit any symptoms of COVID-19.
- Social Distancing: As the CA December Exam is being held in compliance with COVID-19 guidelines, candidates will be required to adhere to social distancing norms and ensure proper distance between them and others at all times while they are at the exam centre
- Thermal Check at Entrance: All candidates will have to mandatorily undergo a thermal check to measure their temperature and look for symptoms of fever.
- Mobile Phones / Electronic Gadgets: Candidates should note Mobile phones, smartwatches, or any other type of electronic gadgets, books, written materials and bags are not allowed inside the exam hall.
- Sharing / Exchange of Items: Candidates should also note that Borrowing/lending/exchange if items like pen, pencil, scale, calculators, and water bottle is prohibited at the exam centre
