ICAI CA July Exams 2021: Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) will conduct the CA Intermediate, Final and Foundation exams in July 2021. With many students requesting for the exams to be further postponed, CA Nihar N. Jambusaria, President, ICAI has shared a message for the students, assuring them the CA exam will be held in July by following all the COVID-19 guidelines. However, in case the pandemic situation does not improve, the July CA exam may be postponed.
In the new video shared by the Institute, ICAI President on Twitter, he has assured the students that the exams will be conducted by following the guidelines and SOPs issued by the Ministry of Home Affairs and Education Ministry for the conduct of exams. He has further said that in case the situation is not conducive to conduct the exams in July due to the COVID19 pandemic, the exam committee will take the necessary decision and may postpone the exams as well.
President also assures the students that should the situation be unfavourable, ICAI would not back out from conducting the examination. He further reiterated that the previous November 2020 and January 2021 exams were conducted successfully and students should concentrate on their studies at the moment. Watch the video below.
CA Exams 2021: Students and Parents demand postponement
Meanwhile, the students and parents are worried about the conduct of the CA exam and are in demand to cancel the exam. The India Wide Parents' Association (IWPA) wrote to the Union Ministry of Finance and the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) to voice similar concerns put forth by CA students. In the letter, it has been stated that "There are many students with elderly people in their families who are most prone to Covid. They are very afraid about the fact that they will have to take the exams with so many students and that too for a span of 18 days."
ICAI CA July Exams 2021
The CA July exams 2021 will be conducted from 5th to 20th July 2021, from 2 to 5 pm. The Institute has also postponed CA Foundation Examination. The examination will now be conducted from 24th July onwards. Also, today the window to change the examination centre has reopened.
