CBSE 10th, 12th Result 2022 for Term 1 is expected to be announced by the end of this week. Students can check their CBSE Term 1 result by using roll number, school number and date of birth. Check passing marks and other criteria here

CBSE 10th and 12th Result 2022 Term 1: Going as per media updates, the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) is likely to release the CBSE term 1 result for classes 10th, 12th on 24th January 2022 in online mode. However, there has been no official announcement regarding the same. Students can check their CBSE class 10th and 12th term 1 result at the official website - cbse.gov.in, cbseresults.nic.in. The board will also provide the class 10th, 12thc CBSE Term 1 results via SMS and Digilocker. 

Further, as per updates the evaluation process for both classes 10 and 12 term 1 exams has started already. To get a passing certificate from CBSE, students are required to secure a minimum of 33%. However, no students will be failed in the CBSE term 1 exam result.

Evaluation Process for CBSE 10th and 12th Result 2022 Term 1

As per reports, the term 1 results will have a minimum 50% weightage in the CBSE final result, and no students will be failed in the Class 10 and Class 12 term 1 exam. This time, no average scores will be given to absentees, however, the CBSE will decide the calculation of the final score card.

Internal assessment marks in various subjects awarded to students by schools will also be included in the term 1 marks. The students will not receive their marksheets this time, however, they will receive their final marksheets after the term 2 exams.

As CBSE term 1 had Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs). Each question carried one mark and there was no negative marking in the CBSE term 1 exam. According to this, students can calculate their scores. However, the authorities have not specified how they will calculate CBSE results for term 1. They will be awarded marks out of 50 for Term 1, which will also include the internal assessment marks given by schools to the students in the various subjects. 

How To Check CBSE 10th and 12th Term 1 Result 2022?

  • 1st Step - Go to the official website of CBSE - cbse.gov.in and cbseresults.nic.in.
  • 2nd Step - On the homepage, click on the Result tab.
  • 3rd Step - Now, click on - "CBSE 10th term 1 result" or "CBSE 12th term 1 result".
  • 4th Step - A login window will appear on the screen.
  • 5th Step - Enter roll number, date of birth and other required credentials and click on the submit tab.
  • 6th Step - CBSE 10th or 12th result for term 1 will appear on the screen.

CBSE Class 10th and 12th Term 2 Exam 2022 

As of now, the official body has not released the exam dates for the class 10th and 12th exams. The CBSE term 2 date sheets 2022 will be released after the declaration of the term 1 result. These exams have been scheduled to be conducted on March/April 2022. While the term 1 board exam had only multiple-choice questions, term 2 exams will be on both short and long answer type questions.
